Here is a standard way we do adoptions (there are always exceptions, we are open to some negotiations).
Remember, these are only guidelines, and we adjust up or down based on need, condition, lot size, time constraints, etc.

Boardgames & RPG's:
If we sell the game new, we will sell a used copy for 75% of new. (A $20 new game, we will sell for $15 used).
If we don't sell a game new, we will sell it for 100% of the used secondary market value. (A $14 game on Ebay, we will sell for $14+ s/h, give or take a bit). We have software to see what auctions actually sold at, not what asking price is.
For either of those we give:
50% towards used items. (card singles, used games, open minis, used video games)
30% towards new items. (packs, sealed games, snacks)
20% in cash. (cold hard cash)
We can do a combination of the above values.
If those amounts are agreeable, bring your games in. We are very back-logged with trades right now and we may ask you to leave your trade-in for a few days while we verify components and values.
Collectible Card Games:
We use price guide sites for cards. Use the middle value for most cases to determine our retail pricing.
Of those values here is what we give generally:
50% towards used items. (card singles, used games, open minis, used video games)
30% towards new items. (packs, sealed games, snacks)
20% in cash. (cold hard cash)
We will pay up to 50% in cash for a type 2 Magic single if we are completely sold out.
Collections of cards differ too much to follow this formula. Please bring in your collection for a quote.
